Any Day Resolutions (Creating Habits + Laundry Tips)

Whether your New Year’s resolutions are still going strong, or they didn’t quite get off to the start that you had hoped – the truth is that you can start afresh on any day of the year.

Small changes can lead to big results.

Habit Tip 1: It is easier to establish a habit by beginning with a smaller action or change. By gradually building on this initial behaviour switch - day after day, week after week, month after month, you can achieve massive growth almost without realising (a note on reflection comes further down).

Set a clear goal.

Habit Tip 2: Having a specific goal in mind can help maintain focus. If the desired results are not completely clear, the higher the chance is that you’ll fail as it wasn’t clear what you were aiming to achieve in the first place!

Habit Tip 7: By keeping a record of your progress, you can see how far you've come & stay motivated. Clearly seeing smaller wins along the road is a real morale booster.

This doesn’t have to be strict, but by having an idea of which day you’ll wash your activewear, the more likely it is that you’ll be able to achieve the perfect wearing cycle & washing routine. Celebrate your success.

Habit Tip 8: Give yourself a small reward for sticking to your habit. By rewarding the journey & not just the end results, you are more likely to stay incentivised to keep going.
